As central Georgia prepares to respond to novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Navicent Health is taking measures to protect patients, visitors and caregivers. At this time, we are not accepting new volunteer, intern or observer applications. Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Navicent Health.

Volunteers are needed all across our Navicent Health campuses. You can volunteer in the area or location that most interests you! We offer a wide range of opportunities to help patients, visitors and staff. Volunteers are able to give of their time in the following areas:

Adults who are 18 years and older and teens ages 16-18 years of age are welcome and encouraged to join our team! Volunteers are asked to make a commitment of at least one year and complete a minimum of 100 hours. We'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Volunteer positions do not involve direct patient contact.

Adult Volunteer

Adults 18 years or older can choose to be involved in Navicent Health's Adult Volunteer Program. Adults are asked to volunteer a minimum of 100 hours annually.

College Volunteer

College Students 18 years or older can choose to be involved in Navicent Health's Student Volunteer Program. Students are required to fulfill 30-50 hours a semester at Navicent Health.

Teen Volunteer

Teens ages 16-18 years of age have the opportunity to volunteer and make a difference with Navicent Health. Acceptance is based on a completed and approved application. Volunteers must be 16 years of age by September 30 of the calendar year in which they apply, giving no less than 100 hours of total service. Teen Volunteers who participate in our Teen Volunteer Program will be required to work through July 31 of the year in which they apply in order to be eligible for the Don Faulk Scholarship Program, sponsored by Navicent Health Auxiliary.
