The Learning Center Offers the American Heart
Association BCLS for Healthcare Professionals (“C” CPR) Course.
All classes will be held at the Peyton Anderson Health Education Center, 877 Hemlock Street.

The third Friday of each month, 9:00 a.m. –
4:00 p.m.
For all classes:
Target Audience: General Public and Healthcare
Professionals wanting to learn One and Two Person CPR, Rescue Breathing
Choking Rescue Skills for people of all ages, as well as other appropriate
healthcare skills.
Length of Course: Approximately seven hours.
Testing Requirements: Skills checks and written examinations.
Location: Peyton Anderson Health Education &
Career Center, 877 Hemlock Street, Macon
Cost: $40 per person
Length of Certificate Validity: Two years.
Pre-registration and prepayment are required at least three business days before
class.
Classes are conducted on a "First come first served" basis.
Space is limited, early registration and payment is strongly recommended.
No childcare is available at our facility.
A cancellation notice of at least 48 hours is required and upon such notice, an
85% refund will be issued. For individuals who cannot provide a 48-hour
cancellation notice, no refund will be issued.
All classes have a minimum attendance requirement of at least 50% of the spaces
being filled. We will cancel classes with attendance less than 50%. If we cancel
a class, a 100% refund will be issued.
