Oversight for all Council activities
Evaluate, approve and assess progress toward/ compliance with, nursing strategic goals.
Assist in the coordination of consultation visits to and from other institutions as necessary
Participate in the promotion and recognition of the Nursing profession
Review/ approve magnet educational programs
Serve as the information hub for all initiatives & activities.
Along with Operations Council, monitor compliance with shared governance and develop strategies for improvements
Approve standards, policies and procedures from other Councils
